- How to return: email info@naughtoninteriors.co.uk with your order number and the reason for the return, and wait for our instructions before sending anything back
- Return postage: you cover it if you’ve changed your mind. If an item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, we pay for the return, so please send photos within 7 days of delivery where possible.
- Refunds: issued within 5 business days of us receiving and inspecting your return, back to your original payment method. Your bank may take a further 3–10 business days to show it.
