Accepted payment methods

Debit and credit cards: Visa, Mastercard and American Express, plus other cards shown at checkout.

Shop Pay: saves your details for a faster checkout, with instalment options where Shopify offers them.
Available methods are always displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
Currency and pricing
All prices are shown and charged in pounds sterling (GBP) and include any applicable VAT. Delivery charges, where they apply, are shown at checkout before you pay. We do not add hidden fees.
When you are charged
Your payment is authorised when you place your order and taken once the order is confirmed. You will receive an order confirmation email with a full breakdown of the amount paid.
Payment security
Payments are processed through Shopify's secure checkout, which is certified to PCI DSS Level 1. Your connection is encrypted with SSL, and Naughton Interiors Ltd never sees or stores your full card number.
Declined payments
If a payment is declined, the order will not be processed. Please check your card details and billing address, or contact your card issuer. If the problem continues, email info@naughtoninteriors.co.uk.
Order verification
To protect customers from fraud, we may occasionally ask you to confirm details before dispatch. If we cannot verify an order, we will cancel it and refund the full amount.
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. See our Return & Refund Policy for timings.
