Where We Deliver

Carriers & Tracking

We ship with UPS and FedEx. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your delivery.

Delivery Problems

• Missed delivery: The carrier will usually leave a card or attempt redelivery. Please follow their instructions to rearrange delivery.

• Late order: If your order has not arrived within 10 business days, please email us and we will investigate the delay with the carrier.

• Damaged parcel: Please keep the packaging and email us clear photos within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

• Wrong address: Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. Contact us immediately if you notice a mistake, as we cannot redirect parcels once they have been dispatched.
