Terms of service
Last updated: 7 October 2026
These terms apply to every order placed at naughtoninteriors.co.uk, a website operated by Naughton Interiors Ltd, Grosvenor House, 11 St Paul's Square, Birmingham B3 1RB, United Kingdom. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Nothing in them affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
1. Using our website
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose or to interfere with its operation.
2. Products
We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Small differences in colour or packaging may occur. Sizes and specifications are given in each product description.
3. Prices
All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include any applicable VAT. Delivery charges are shown at checkout. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we will contact you before dispatch and you may cancel for a full refund.
4. Orders and contract
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we email you to confirm dispatch. We may decline an order, for example if an item is out of stock or we cannot verify payment. If we decline after payment, we refund you in full.
5. Payment
We accept debit and credit cards and Shop Pay. Full details are in our Payment Policy.
6. Delivery
We deliver within the United Kingdom only. Estimated timings are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
7. Cancellations and returns
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you may cancel within 14 days of delivery. We extend this: you can return unused items within 30 days of delivery. Full details are in our Return & Refund Policy.
8. Faulty goods
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If an item is faulty, contact us and we will repair, replace or refund it in line with your legal rights.
9. Safe use of tools
Use every product as described and follow the manufacturer's instructions. Wear suitable protective equipment. Before drilling or fixing into walls, check for hidden pipes and cables and isolate the electricity supply where needed. Check that any fixing is rated for the load you intend to hang.
10. Liability
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms. We are not responsible for loss that is not foreseeable, for business losses, or for damage caused by misuse of a product. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
11. Intellectual property
All text, images and logos on this site belong to Naughton Interiors Ltd or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.
12. Events outside our control
We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as carrier disruption or severe weather. We will tell you and keep the delay as short as possible.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version in force when you place your order applies to that order.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You may bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or in Scotland or Northern Ireland if you live there.
